Lorrayne has more then 10 years community development experience and an excellent name for producing strong project outcomes which lead demand that encouraged her to open 2 Rivers.

- Currently studying Diploma in Project Management through UNE
YVETTE IRWIN | Personal Assistant
Yvette is the newest member to join our team and her role is to bring organisation and calm to our small business. Yvette has completed Certificate 3 in Business Administration and also brings a certain level of knowledge of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act having worked for Ashford LALC as an Administration Assistant.
Yvette is responsible for scheduling for the MD, general administration, supporting other team members and thinking on our behalf.
Yvette was born and raised in Ashford, she is a mother of 2 kids and she works a massive four jobs!
Despite her busy work and home life Yvette is very community orientated. Along side her Husband they have organised fundraisers for local families in need, community groups and she is also the Secretary of the local Pony Club.
PENE RIGGS | Finance & Project Manager
Pene was born and raised on Kwiambal country. Pene has a strong connection to country and culture and works with community to achieve outcomes especially for youth.
Pene has a strong background in finance and executive level management.
Pene manages all financial, legal and insurance matters for the company and is also contracted out to manage administration and finance for clients.
Pene is very focused, organised and is very hands on in the management, growth and develoment of the company, our projects and clients.

Ros has been with the team since 2 Rivers started. Ros is an experienced submission writer who specializes in community-focused projects. Her successful grants have allowed delivery of carving workshops, weaving workshops, environmental projects and crime prevention programs. Ros has a high conversion rate for grants which has resulted in many projects being delivered throughout community.
Ros has made her role with 2 Rivers vast and varied. She is also a experienced caterer and florist. She extends her role to ensure our success through being our research assistant, clothes washer and ironer, delivery driver, you name it, she does it!
Ros is a mother of 3, grandmother of 4 and is based out of our Tamworth office.
Connie Minos | Submission Writer & Project Manager
Connie’s focus is on enhancing community outcomes.
Connie has a Bachelor of Social Science (Social Welfare) and has worked in a variety of areas including child protection, community health and community development.
During her time at HNEAH as a project officer and in management she gained a strong understanding and passion for primary health care issues including childhood obesity and inactivity.
Connie has facilitated a number of programs for young people and has a strong understanding of the factors impacting Aboriginal communities, including engagement and participation risks working with remote and metropolitan communities.
Connie is a mother of 2 children in primary school and along side her husband they farm industrial hemp.
